Daniel Gaus joined Global in September 2007 after heading the underwriting and reinsurance team at the Swiss Aviation Pool. In his current position Daniel is responsible for the set-up and development of Global’s new branch office in Zurich. He has a diverse background in insurance and reinsurance, predominantly in aviation and liability underwriting, account management and a variety of valuable experiences in other lines of business such as P&C, employee benefits and specialty. He studied Economy in Switzerland and is a graduated Associate in Risk Management of the Insurance Institute of America.
