Mr. Cassidy joined Global Aerospace as Chief Operating Officer in July 2002, and was promoted to his current position as President in January of 2010. Mr. Cassidy was the Executive Vice President, Aerospace, with ACE USA and had previously been with ACE Bermuda Insurance Ltd. as Senior Vice President, Aerospace. He has also served as a Vice President with United States Aviation Underwriters and has an additional ten years experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Mr. Cassidy earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
