Stephen is Executive Director at Global Aerospace and also a director of Global Aerospace Underwriting Managers. In October 2006 Stephen was elected Chairman of the International Underwriting Association (IUA), and is also Vice President of the Insurance Institute of London.

Prior to joining Global Stephen was Managing Director of CAN Re and before that as Managing Director of Swiss Re UK, where he worked for over 20 years.
